Xbox is riding a good wave right now. The console is enjoying increasing popularity among gamers, with Xbox Series S/X selling over 21 million units. Starfield, one of the most anticipated games in recent history, is also coming to the console in September.
And guess what? Not only the roadmap for Xbox looks incredibly exciting, but there are over 5000 new games currently in development for this console. So it’s quite safe to say. Xbox is here to stay.
With all the new games coming to Xbox, a lot of users are wondering if the console will bring YouTube streaming back.
There were a lot of ways you could stream on YouTube from Xbox, in the past, with the Mixer app being one of those, but a lot of users would love it if Xbox X/S had direct YouTube Streaming.
Streaming to YouTube on Xbox
Will it happen? Well, one can hope, but we don’t have anything yet to suggest it might happen. Xbox is definitely going through a successful and complicated period. Microsoft is in talks to buy Activision-Blizzard, and a lot of secrets were unveiled. Including the one that says that Xbox is losing the console war.
However, Xbox is very popular in the US, and this area is quite important for businesses and corporations in general. So Microsoft might work something out when it comes to YouTube streaming directly from the console.
But you should know there are ways to stream on Xbox. For example, you can stream to Facebook very easily by following these steps. You are also able to stream to Nware if you’re an Xbox user from Europe. Microsoft has a deal with the platform, so you can make a name for yourself there.
For now, at least, you can’t directly stream YouTube on Xbox, but hopefully, Microsoft will be able to come up with a deal in the future. Especially if it’s keen on making Xbox a worthy console on the market.
And they want to do that, so probably, the feature will come out sooner or later.
