Another week, another Xbox controller was released by Microsoft. This time, the Redmond-based tech giant called it the remix special edition, claiming it to consist of recycled resins & recovered reclaimed materials.

Earth Day is just around the corner, and it provides all of us with a special opportunity to reflect on how we can improve our impact on the planet. To celebrate this year, we’ve created an Xbox controller that features recovered plastics with one-third of it made from regrind and reclaimed materials.
What does Xbox remix special edition include?
Each package includes a rechargeable battery pack, which Xbox claims to last up to 30 hours once fully charged. The bottom also sports a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, then you’ll also have a dedicated share button and Bluetooth for wireless gaming — just like a regular Xbox controller.
The special controller is priced at $84.99 and is available for pre-order on Xbox Store until its availability on April 18 this year.
Not too long ago, the gaming giant also announced another set of customized controllers. Dubbed a brand-new & tasteful Velocity Green controller, Xbox also has its Shock Blue, Pulse Red, Deep Pink, and Electric Volt variants. Each is priced at $65.
